	James McCay I commenced my recruitment career in England after leaving College in 1995. My first job was with an international technical and engineering contract services company, in which I placed licensed engineering staff into the civil aviation industry across the UK and Europe. In 1999 I moved to a small privately owned consultancy specialising in construction management recruitment in London and the South of England before moving to Sydney in 2002 to join the construction and engineering division of ASX listed recruitment company. In 2004 I joined a National Executive Search firm working with blue chip construction and property development companies.  In 2006 I established I2I Recruitment Pty Ltd. + 15 years technical recruitment experience  + 12 years recruiting professionals within the 'built environment sector' + 9 years recruiting in Sydney  + 5 years running a small business  I have a thorough understanding of the Sydney 'built environment' industry and I offer a dedicated service to Candidates and Clients alike.
