Our Pricing There are a number of factors that will persuade a Company to use a particular Recruitment Consultant not least price. We haven't adopted a one price fits all approach and cost assignments according to the nature of the vacancy, the business history we have with the Client and the inherent risk to us of their preferred method of recruitment. A typical recruitment assignment takes a minimum of 6 weeks and often 8-13 weeks to complete.  We appreciate that Client’s requirements are often more urgent and this dictates their preferred method of recruitment.  We encourage our Clients to give us the time to find the best quality candidates for them.  The advantage is that our placement fees are considerably lower than the standard fees on the market today. Under our formal agreement Clients pay for costs irrespective of whether we place the successful candidate on the understanding that our approach is focussed on the appraisal of candidates and not just the speed of response.
